Yo!

When it comes to making a killer track on a beautiful lady, there is only one man here in india. You know who! Be it Aditi,Urvasi,Rukumani, Cindrella or any other metaphor, Rahman succeeds gracefully in getting it into the poetic lexicon. And now its Masakali. An innocent track with a pigeon as a prop is buzzing the nation’s speaker systems.Needless to say there are countless remix versions blasting through woofers and tweeters. I have heard to some 35 odd remixes of Masakali and they also sounded the same! Same four-bar beats, same trance synths and same everything else.

Well, then i decided to put my pea brain on a overdrive and make a real unique mix.This is a rock show version. A real thumpy,edgy rock feel with a brand new interlude.Something i started to do offlate and you guys seemed to have loved it.

Saturday Night Hangover

Saturday Night Hangover is something I programmed/mixed using free samples available. This track is really cool in its feel. It is not a track for the ?let your hair down and dance?. Its a feel good track for the ?easy no rule dance?! A dash of Mexican feel with some salsa and a groovy kick beat makes this track quite interesting. Many of you have written to me on how you liked this track and how you played this in your house parties! Thank you all so much.

New Single : Emotionally Unavailable

It has been a while since I sent a note about a new track. I have been busy for the last few months. However, I am glad to inform you all that in the meanwhile I had cut an album and released it in iTUNES and few other prominent online music stores. It is called ?Sampology ? Random Inspirations from Life? and you can grab it for $9.95. Please do refer the link in the homepage.

Following the album launch, I have produced several more tracks which I wish release on a DAILY BASIS for this holiday season. Especially for you! Some of these tracks will find its way into my next album. So, please treat this as a special offer extended for you.

My first single this season is called ? ?Emotionally Unavailable?, an instrumental track threading between the boundaries of Lounge and Dance. I find the sound quite interesting .A sound that speaks of a mind finding no boundaries whatsoever.

Rainy Day – The Album Version

This is definitely going into my all time favorites. Technically, Rainy Day was quite a challenge for me. Especially considering that I was still on the learning curve with multi track mixing, Equalizers and synths.I wanted to achieve a halo enigmatic feel and I think to a far extend I did succeed. Some pros have said that there is a lag in the 1/64th bar which needs to be rectified and remastered. Over the last 4 months, I have started to feel so too.

I did create another version of the track with the microsecond lag removed which I will post here soon. In the meantime, please give this track a shot!
