It was August 1997 when I remember roaming franticly around the city to pick up a CD of AR Rahman’s Vandemataram. It was an important activity I HAD to accomplish on a Sunday morning, when most stores were closed. I bought a copy by paying extra cash! And when I returned home and hit the play button, I was blown.
I am still blown.
Once in a while you come across a decent movie with a great track. Or may be it was the visuals and the mood that the film had set. This track by Oasis from the motion picture The Butterfly Effect has now become my ‘must have’ status. The track takes the film’s core theme to the next level as the credits role. Brilliantly rendered by the band, the track is all about not crying over spilt milk.
