These are the same sections used to convict people making porn films.

Going by your move, Mallika Sherawat should be put in jail and Imran Hashmi to be hanged as he always make the first move! What is wrong with your brains?

Your endeavour to cleanse the society has made society move ahead of your lame clan and every modern Indian except your clan feels that the dawn of equal society is finally here. In such a scenario, fellow members of the society develop an innate scale of measure to filter the wrong from the not-so-wrong. Going by this, I think we can conclude that the general audience did not get adversely influenced with a ?simple kiss (no tongue involved!) ?to an extent to dent our moral values!
